Marc Van Valen - COO & Co-Founder
Marc oversees the company’s operating activities that range from day to day business and people operations to organizational structure and fundraising. He has over 20 years of financial and operational experience including time spent at Goldman Sachs, PwC, ffVC and Solera Capital. Most recently he was the COO of VR Global where he was in a similar capacity running global operations. He's a graduate of Rutgers University with a B.S. in Accounting.
Marc develops and maintains a financial framework that allows for effective and timely financial reporting, management reporting, and compliance. Also, Marc develops and maintain the company’s organizational structure, including overseeing operational planning and hiring.
Marc oversees the company’s compliance with safety regulations for Venari Vision and Vidoni.co content creation for our client's safety training courses for construction in accordance with National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
